AutoBody Pro is operated by New Details LLC ("New Details", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the AutoBody Pro website and application (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account information. When you request access or create an account we collect your name, email address, shop name, and optionally your phone number, city, and how you heard about us.
Shop data you enter. Information you enter into the app — jobs, vehicles, customers, suppliers, inventory, invoices, expenses, photos, and related records — is stored on our servers so you can access and manage it from any device.
Usage and device data. Like most web apps we collect basic log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps) and product analytics events to understand how the Service is used and to improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your shop data to train third-party AI models.
We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service (for example, cloud hosting, database, email, and analytics providers) under contracts that require them to protect it. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of New Details, our users, or others.
We keep your account and shop data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we need to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
We use industry-standard measures — including TLS in transit, encrypted storage at rest, access controls, and regular backups — to help protect your information. No online service can be 100% secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data.
You can update or export your account and shop data from within the app, or request deletion by emailing us. Depending on your jurisdiction you may have additional rights regarding your personal information — contact us and we will honor applicable requests.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure product usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some features of the Service.
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
